Inshur only offers rideshare car insurance coverage to drivers in New York City. While Inshur is an international company, New York City is the only place in the U.S. to get Inshur car insurance.

Although Inshur is a 100% digital company, you need to speak with a person to file a claim. Simply go through the Inshur app to speak with a claims representative.
You can’t file a claim through the app yet, but Inshur is working to make it even easier to get your claim started.
Another way your accident claim can be started is with your Nexar dashcam. If you’ve registered your Nexar camera with Inshur, the accident video can be automatically uploaded.
Sometimes Inshur will actually reach out to you to begin the claims process once they receive the video.
The Inshur claims process should take around a week to complete, but it will depend on your individual situation.
