How high do you think gasoline will get this summer? Will we still have prices in the $3.50 range, or will we be paying a dollar or more extra when the summer rush begins?
Some portions of the country have been hit harder than others. In the Atlanta metro area, gas prices have risen 17 cents in a week.
That gas prices haven’t risen is rather atypical, since crude oil is the main component of the cost of a gallon of gas.
Even as gas prices have decreased, the cost of crude oil shot up throughout the month of October.
Gasoline prices could be another area of surprise. We sure hope so, because we’re loving taking advantage of the lower prices to travel.
