What actions can result in a driver’s license revocation in Louisiana?

In some states if you commit a serious enough traffic violation, your driver’s license will be revoked. When this happens, you have to undergo the driver’s license process all over again in order to get your license back. Louisiana doesn’t really have a license revocation system set up. They have a number of actions that can result in a license suspension, but nothing specifically mentions that you’ll have to retake the driver’s license exams.
