What do I do if they didn’t issue a birth certificate when I was born and I’m trying to renew my Wyoming license?

According to the Wyoming Department of Transportation, in a case where an elderly person never had a birth certificate the DoT will take it on a case-by-case basis. If this is your situation approach someone in the DoT office and find out what they can do for you.
