Yes.  You have to provide the six points of identification to get a replacement license in New Jersey.  You’ll need:

• One primary document
• One secondary document
• Verifiable Social Security number
• Proof of address

The total point value of the proofs must be at least 6 points.  New Jersey has a brochure on their website.
