Nothing good. You will be handcuffed and put in the patrol car. Then you will be driven to the nearest police station where you will be fingerprinted and have a mug shot taken of you. You will probably remain in jail until you can be bailed out.
Your car will probably be impounded and it will cost plenty to retrieve it.
A DUI will stay with you for a long time.
